The New Baroque set is from the third quarter of the 19th century and is one of the Baroque furniture from the Szapáry Castle. It consists of a sofa, three chairs and an armchair. The typical New Baroque furniture can be seen in the Baroque salon of the Prekmurje Museum.

Tipična novobaročna sedežna garnitura, kakršne so bile v Sloveniji običajne v drugi polovici 19. stoletja, je sestavljena iz kanapeja in treh stolov; naslonjač ima sicer drugače rezljano okrasje, a slogovno in časovno sodi v isti okvir. Noge posameznih kosov so oblikovane "en cabriole", iz zadnjih rasteta ramenasto usločeni opori hrbtnega naslonjala, ki je pri stolih oblikovano v odprt medaljon s predrto rezljanim vrhom. Historizem, novi barok.
Kanape ima poleg sedežne ploskve popolnoma oblazinjeno tudi konkavno oblikovano naslonjalo z valovitimi robovi. Na naslonjalih za roke, katerih opori sta tudi močno ukrivljeni, sta za večje udobje pritrjeni dodatni blazinici.
