1920-30 years

A homemade butter kneading table for eliminating the buttermilk from the churned butter. There are three curved slats that follow the curvature of the trough. The trough is a hollowed out piece of wood, the rolling-pin is heavily ribbed with handles at both ends. Part of the board is painted - apparently for secondary use.

Specialist description

A köpült vajból az író kigyúrását segítő, házi készítésű vajgyúró asztal. Az asztal széles deszka alapra három ívesen levágott, a teknő fenekét követő léc. A teknő egy fából kivájt, mintegy félbevágott dagasztóteknő, a sodrófa erősen bordázott, két végén nyéllel.
A deszka egy része befestve – láthatóan másodlagos használat miatt.
