The Chapel Statue of Mary in Felsőcsatár
According to our knowledge, the statue is the second oldest sacral monument in Vas county. In 1686, Ms. Eleonora Talián made a gracious foundation for maintaining the statue of Mary. The Madonna statue originally stood on a column. The column was cut off. For many decades, a heart-shaped wreath of thorns made of concrete has been complementing the view.

Műemléki védettsége nincs, de helyi szakrális értékek közül az egyik legértékesebb a Petőfi utca és a Néphadsereg sarkán található Mária-szobor. „A szobor eddigi ismereteink alapján Vas megye második legrégibb falusi szakrális emléke. 1686-ban tett kegyes alapítványt Tallián Eleonóra úrnő a Mária-szobor fenntartására. Látható, hogy a Madonna szobor eredetileg oszlopon állott. Az oszlopot levágták. Sok évtizede betonból öntött, töviskoszorús szív egészítette ki a látványt. A Madonna szobor elé fektetett töviskoszorús szív, Mária hétfájdalmú szíve a misztérium játékokhoz hasonlóan összefoglalja a Szűzanya földi pályáját: utal Jézus születésére és kereszthalálára. Nem marad el azonban a folytatás sem: az Ég Király - nője az örökélet elnyerésére buzdítja az embereket. Erre utal a boltozatra festett csillagos ég.”
