Az 1960-as években épült, 1964-ben már üzemelt. Részben társadalmi munkában készült, a szentgotthárdi üzemek, iskolák, közintézmények dolgozóinak munkájával. A környék gyermekeinek a táboroztatására szolgált. A központi épületben volt az étterem és rossz idő esetén itt lehetett tartózkodni. Fölötte az erdőben faházak voltak.
